What is the required evening wear?
Business wear is recommended for all guests attending.
Who are the event beneficiaries?
The 2018 event beneficiaries are the University of Ottawa Heart Institute and The Hellenic Community of Ottawa’s cultural and religious programs.
Will there be assigned seating?
Yes. There is a pre-planned seating arrangement. Gold Plate Dinner volunteers will guide you to your table upon entering the dining room.
Will we receive tickets prior to the event?
Yes. All tickets will be mailed to you or your company prior to the dinner. All payments, guest names, and any special
meal requests must be submitted before ticket delivery. Please send all information to Nafsika Vitaliotis.
Can we purchase tickets at the door?
No. All ticket requests must be made in advance of the event.
What happens if we forget our tickets?
It is important to bring your event tickets with you to the dinner. Unfortunately, without your ticket you will not be able to
participate in the elimination round if your ticket is amongst the final 20 drawn.
Where are the restrooms?
Restrooms are located inside the banquet hall.
Will our company's logo be displayed on the table?
Yes. All event sponsors and corporate tables will have company’s signage displayed on their tables.
Will there be complimentary Valet parking and Responsible Choice service?
Yes. Complimentary Valet parking and Responsible Choice services will be provided on site.
Do we need to show our Gold Plate ticket to the valet staff?
No. You will only need to give your name and vehicle keys to the valet staff, in exchange for a valet ticket.
Will there be parking for those who do not wish to use the valet service?
Yes. Limited parking spaces will be available on the property, and on neighboring side streets. Parking attendants are on site to assist our guests in finding available parking spaces.
